Sought ‘nutrient dense’ foods and learned to improve our ways of preparing them.
Step 7
Were entirely willing to take advantage of all available healing modalities.
Step 8
Became willing to juice and fast periodically to speed healing.
Step 9
Came to believe that Nutraceuticals could help restore us to sanity.
Step 10
Continued to eat healthy foods and added fermented foods to fast track sobriety.
Step 11
Admitted that proper hydration was critical for recovery.
Step 12
Having had a health awakening as a result of these steps, realized that everything we “consume” affects our health.
